Coding creations

Earlier in the month the Junior classroom children enjoyed sharing their coding creations with each other. Scratch JR bridges the gap between creative play and a core Science Technology & Engineering (STE) concept like "computational thinking". Working together they broke down big ideas into manageable, logical steps (decomposition) and identified errors (debugging). Thank you to our Parents’ Association who supported the school by co-funding a classroom set of iPads over 2 years ago which have proven to be a great addition to our digital learning plan.
