Homemade Pizza Sauce

What a return to school we are having!

Children from Junior Infants to 6th class came together last week to learn how to make their own homemade pizza sauce.

The children harvested the tomatoes from our school polytunnel while also washing, cutting, stirring and cooking the ingredients.

After 10 minutes in the oven - the results were delicious.

Thank you to our wonderful staff for supporting the workers and setting up our ‘whole school’ classroom kitchen.
